Casa Performance cylinder SS225 X7 MK3 for Lambretta 200 cc
Casa Lambretta Performance cylinder SS225 for 200 cc engine housing. Bore 70 mm, stroke 58 mm, Nicasil-coated aluminum cylinder.
Timing at 58 mm stroke: Exhaust: 190°, transfer port 124°, intake diaphragm-controlled, advance port 33°. The cylinder has a split exhaust, four transfer ports, a one-piece boost port, two Boyesen ports in the intake.
The piston from Meteor (Made in Italy) is cast, coated and has a compression height of 39 mm. The compression ratio is specified as 11.5:1, the volume of the combustion chamber as 21.8 cc. A generously dimensioned 6-flap version is used as the diaphragm. The intake manifold has a flow-optimized stuffer and is very short. An intake rubber with 42 mm connection width is included with the cylinder. In conjunction with a 34 mm VHSB carburetor and Franspeed Race exhaust, the cylinder is rated at 28 hp at the rear wheel, making it the most powerful cylinder. Our recommendation would be the Tourist from Ludwig & Scherer in conjunction with a Keihin Airstriker.
Each of the 'SS225 Lydden Hill Replica' cylinders is an exact copy of the cylinder used by Team Casa Lambretta. The cylinder they used for a very successful weekend in England, at Lydden Hill as part of the BSSO. Each cylinder kit is finished by hand by Casa tuner Roberto Barone before delivery.
