Sporty PK125 cylinder kit with direct intake on the cylinder, classic 4-valve reed valve and PK-specific intake manifold.
The ITALKAST GR-V 135 for Vespa PK125 is the less expensive version of the sporty GR-V concept. Instead of the more complex 8-valve diaphragm, a classic 4-valve diaphragm is used here. This makes the kit cheaper, but does not change the basic design: cast iron cylinder, direct inlet on the cylinder and a sporty reed valve setup that is specifically tailored to the PK platform.
As with the PV/ET3 version, the PK125 cylinder also works with direct intake on the cylinder. This means that the mixture is not routed via the standard housing intake system, but directly via the cylinder and the diaphragm control. This creates more freedom in the design of the engine and makes the kit particularly interesting for performance-oriented PK125 concepts.
This version uses a standard 4-flap diaphragm with GRP plates. This makes it simpler and more attractively priced than the 8-petal version, but it remains a clean, sporty basis for diaphragm smallframes.
With 123° overflow timing and 184° exhaust timing, the PK125 version with 4-valve diaphragm is also clearly positioned for sporting performance. The kit is not intended as an inconspicuous replacement for a close-to-production PK125 cylinder, but as the basis for a deliberately sportier reed valve setup with matching peripherals.
The main difference between the PK125 version and the PV/ET3 version is the different design of the intake manifold. Anyone mixing parts should therefore ensure that the intake side and frame layout match the respective vehicle platform. Both versions described here work with the less expensive 4-flap diaphragm.

The difference to the PV/ET3 version lies in the intake manifold - the basic sporty concept remains identical.
