This cylinder kit from Power1 is designed for Piaggio and Vespa 50cc 4-stroke engines and combines a 49 mm bore with 80 cc displacement.
The aluminum version is suitable as a replacement or tuning solution for various Euro 2, Euro 3, Euro 4 and Euro 5 models.
The kit includes the cylinder, a matching piston set and a gasket set.

The Power1 cylinder kit is suitable for rebuilding or increasing the displacement of Piaggio/Vespa 50cc 4-stroke engines.
The 49 mm version is designed for conversions to around 80 cc and is supplied with the main components required for assembly.
The sealing surfaces, piston rings and piston position should be carefully checked to ensure proper installation.
After installation, we recommend a coordinated start-up of the engine with a controlled running-in phase.
