The old, mostly decayed parts should be removed cleanly with the flex and roughing disc and then the new ones should be attached to the previous place with some welding spots.

The expert will make some water drain holes before welding in! Cavity sealing after the assembly in the drain holes spray does not harm either!

TIP: We recommend to assemble the scooter once in the raw state before each painting, a so-called dry-build. Here, any necessary adjustments can be carried out quickly and easily without damaging a new paint. Then assembling the freshly painted parts is twice as much fun!
