Original Italian Ducati flywheel in the heavy version that is rarely found today. This flywheel is NOS (New Old Stock) - i.e. unused stock items from older production. Storage may result in slight visual marks, for example flash rust at rivet points. Function and fit remain unaffected, visually it is typical of original stock parts.
With a weight of approx. 1950 g, the pole wheel has a high flywheel mass, making it a very suitable choice for confident road engines that need to run smoothly and powerfully. On tour, the high flywheel mass has a pleasant effect: the engine runs more smoothly, takes load changes more easily and provides a constant, reliable riding experience.
Suitable for all models with crankshaft with large cone and electronic ignition. Originally intended for Vespa PK XL, PK XL2 and PK ETS.
TIP: Can also be used for all other Vespa Smallframe models with gearshift, such as V50, 50N, V90, V100, PV125, ET3 or PK S, provided that a crankshaft with corresponding cone is used and an electronic ignition is installed.
CONE
The cone type can be identified by the installed shaft seal ring behind the generator/ignition base plate. If this measures 20x32x7 mm or 24x35x6 mm, it is a crankshaft with a large cone. The pole wheel type offered fits here.
IGNITION
As a rule, a large cone is automatically accompanied by electronic ignition without ignition contacts. Electronic ignition can be recognized by the ignition coil/CDI with three or four cables (green/white/red) located outside the engine. Another identifying feature is the black pickup on the ignition base plate (red cable).
