Malossi Multivar 2000 variator for Vespa GTS 250 to 300 and Piaggio Leader and Quasar

The MALOSSI Multivar variator delivers very good results in terms of improving top speed and acceleration, even on standard engines, thanks to a significantly optimized shifting process, without placing a greater load on the engine. The roller rings have been specifically calculated for each model and the useful range of the belt's sliding surface has been further extended.

With such a high level of technological sophistication, it goes without saying that the best materials and the most modern production methods are used:

• Self-lubricating sliding bush made of sintered steel
• Alloy steel hub
• Sliding surface with a layer of hard, ground and lapped chrome
• Half-belt pulley made of silicon-aluminum alloy manufactured with precision NC machines
• Diamond finishing
