Clutch hub made of solid material (steel)

Clutch base plate/cover plate made from an innovative high-strength alloy, as used in all Fabbri Racing clutches
This alloy guarantees a long service life for the spring retainer and cover plate
4 clutch friction plates with organic lining material
3 steel plates made of 1.5 mm thick steel (it is recommended not to replace them with aluminum intermediate plates to avoid deposits in the engine oil)
Seeger ring made of high-strength steel
Bearing-mounted pressure plate with a stainless steel cover with centering hole (Fabbri Racing patent) to align the clutch housing
Possibility to vary the distance between the clutch pressure plate and pressure plate using washers
TUNING
6 large springs: for touring engine, approx. 10-12 hp: very comfortable operation / little hand lever force required
12 springs: for engines from ll-25hp: no slipping of the clutch
18 springs: for engines over 30hp: add 6 small springs (FR0035) inside the 6 large springs
Recommended when using 18 springs:
Use clutch cover with toothed pressure mushroom (type XL2) to facilitate clutch actuation
Clutch facings with high-strength organic material (FR0258 or FR0257)
