Christmas scootering through the cathedral city: for the twelfth time, around 100 elves, angels, Santas and Santa Clauses scooted through Cologne on their decorated scooters. The Vespa Babbo in full Christmas regalia has become a long-standing tradition.
Every year, the organizers collect donations for a charitable cause. This year, the proceeds went to The Wish Wagon. With these donations, the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Deutschland e. V. fulfills a last wish for seriously ill people. The colorful scooter parade rolled through the city for three hours, handing out sweets and putting a smile on the faces of the spectators at the roadside. Even though it started to rain towards the end of the tour, it didn't dampen the mood.
We look forward to supporting this wonderful event every year.
