Cologne Soul Weekender #3 | March 13 to 15, 2026

Cologne Soul Weekender #3 - three days full of soul, scene and sound

For the third time, the Cologne Northern Soul Club is calling for the Weekender - and from March 13 to 15, 2026, Cologne will once again be the meeting place for all those who not only listen to soul, but live it. Two legendary all-nighters, an intense all-dayer, rare 45s, all-nighters and stories from the subculture that spawned an entire scene. The Weekender starts on Friday with the Allnighter in the Stadtgarten. On Saturday, the soul community moves on to Gloria, where the second Allnighter clears away any remaining energy until the early hours of the morning.

Friday: Allnighter @ Stadtgarten - 20 .00-04.00
Saturday: Alldayer @ Die Wohngemeinschaft - 13.00-19.00
Saturday Allnighter @ Gloria - 20.00-04.00

The DJ line-up with international guests and Cologne soul residents is already whetting the appetite for a great weekend:

Eddie Piller (London)
Ashley Fellows (UK)
Martin Ollmann (Mölln)
Magnus Räms (Sweden)
Andy Smith (Portishead/UK)
Ethan McDermott (UK)
Gerd Baum (Düsseldorf)
Matt Fox (Cologne)
Michael Wink (Würzburg)
Leo Ernst (Munich)
Mathias Ting (Bremen)

Plus the residents Dynamic Eric Kursiefen, Sir Faulker Fuller and Michael Peltzer - the "souls" of the Cologne Northern Soul Club.

Alldayer and reading with two icons of the scene

Between the two nights, Saturday is not for regeneration, but for scene culture: at the Alldayer in the afternoon, there will be dancing, chatting, networking - and this year, listening too. Because in 2026, the Cologne Soul Weekender will have a special centerpiece: an exclusive reading and discussion about the subculture that still accompanies our lives today - from mods and northern soul to jazz, scooter boys, Vespa and Lambretta.

Note: An extra ticket is required for the reading, all information and links can be found at the bottom of the page.

Buchcover von Dean Orton und Eddie Piller

Eddie Piller - Clean Living Under Difficult Circumstances

Founder of Acid Jazz Records, DJ, radio producer, label head, chronicler of British subculture. Eddie takes us back to London in the 80s, to the time of the mod revival, into a cosmos of record stores, club nights, smartly tailored suits and the unbroken belief that style, soul and attitude are more than just buzzwords.

Dean Orton - A Life in Lambretta

Restorer, collector, mechanic, storyteller. Dean's book "A Life in Lambretta" (2025) is a declaration of love to the Lambretta, to craftsmanship, freedom and the journey, which is always the destination on a scooter. Stories of oily hands, long tours, screwdriver nights in garages and a scene that still vibrates with life and second-stroke sound.

A collection will be made during the reading: 10% of the entrance fees will go to the non-profit organization "Um Halb an der Bar e. V." - Help from scooter riders for scooter riders. What began in 2015 as a spontaneous relief action following the tragic death of a Vespa rider is now a permanent institution in the scene: scooter riders support other scooter riders who have fallen on hard times through no fault of their own - following accidents, illness or other strokes of fate.
