BGM PRO BigBox TOURING - Box exhaust system for Vespa PK 50-80 cc

Unobtrusive box exhaust system with near-series look, early torque and wide usable power band. Suitable for Piaggio PK 50-80 cc (incl. PK 80) as well as for Motovespa PK 50 cc and Motovespa PK 75 XL/FL. Not suitable: Motovespa PK 75 S and PK 75 Junior, PK Automatica.

Fitting and tuning

Installation without modifications to the PK frame or engine housing
Manifold can be detached via tension springs, body can be removed separately
Sealing compound at the manifold/body transition keeps the connection clean
Finalize carburetor tuning after test ride/plug pattern

Starting point: Main jet +2 to +4 compared to standard. Then fine-tune using spark plug pattern/AFR.
No. The box is designed for the PK frame geometry and fits without modifications.

Die Box hat wirklich eine schöne Leistungsentfaltung. Die Box ist natürlich lauter als der Original Auspuff, aber noch völlig im Rahmen. Die Passform ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend, es muss ordentlich nachgearbeitet werden, was ich bei einem Premiumprodukt anders erwarte
