In the 1990s, the TAFFSPEED MK4 was sold exclusively in Germany via Scooter Center, making this system one of the earliest exhaust systems to be offered in Germany with a TÜV approval. This makes the MK4 not only visually and technically interesting, but also historically particularly exciting.
Exclusively available from us is the TAFFSPEED MK4 with Scooter Center engraved rear silencer. This is the engraving as it is listed in the historical TÜV certificate for the PX 200 GS (9 kW) models built up to 1996.
The MK4 is therefore not just any retro exhaust. It is a product from a formative period of classic Vespa tuning - for riders who appreciate style, sound and history just as much as a beautifully rideable setup.
The TAFFSPEED MK4 is not a modern peak performance exhaust for maximum diagram values. Its strength lies in its versatility and its own character. On classic Vespa large-frame engines, it delivers a beautifully rideable, powerful feel and exactly the independent appearance you would expect from a genuine retro resonance exhaust.
There is a historical TÜV test report for the TAFFSPEED MK4 from the Scooter Center environment. However, today's usability depends on the exact exhaust, its marking, the vehicle type and the decision of the responsible test engineer.

The historical report is therefore not a blanket approval promise for all vehicles, years of manufacture and engine setups, but a historical assessment basis with reference to the condition tested at the time.
