German Engineering Meets Indonesian Scooter Culture

SC Collective Journey - Indonesia 2026—that’s the motto under which we’ll be starting the next chapter in 2026. We’re currently packing our bags for this unforgettable adventure. I (Maryzabel) am in charge of SC marketing and community building. Joining me on this journey are Ferdinand, our new site manager from Scooter Center, and Alex from the bgm product development. The absolute highlight of our trip? As international guests, we’ll have our own booth at the legendary Jogja Scooter Parade (JSP)!

How it all began: The network behind the adventure

This adventure wouldn’t be possible without the strong connections we’ve been able to build during previous visits. Thanks to the Soul Brothers , we met Andi Pradana —a Vespa enthusiast through and through who, as a marketing consultant, understands our needs perfectly. Through this amazing network, we got in touch with Angga Badger from SPX Nusantara, who has more than 15 years of professional experience in the Indonesian Vespa touring and endurance scene.

Since our last visit, we’ve strengthened our ties with these absolute heavyweights of the Indonesian scene. We’re currently working hard on a joint collaboration, and we’re certain: Together, we’ll make a great team! They’ve already put together an unbeatable crew for our trip:

• SHD Jakarta: An influential lifestyle Vespa workshop and winner of numerous Vespa contests
• Chix Scooter Racing: A legendary workshop, home to iconic mechanics and an award-winning racing team.

Collective Journey 2026: Over 700 km on a scooter

This team of experts has organized the “SC Collective Journey 2026” for us. A road trip of more than 700 kilometers that will take us from Jakarta across the country in three days. Breathtaking landscapes, local Vespa communities, and scooters already waiting for us on site await us. The route is pure asphalt enthusiasm:

Our Route: Jakarta ➔ Karawang ➔ Indramayu ➔ Cirebon ➔ Tegal ➔ Pekalongan ➔ Temanggung ➔ Magelang ➔ Yogyakarta

The Grand Finale at JSP 2026

The crowning finale of our journey is our arrival at the biggest event the Indonesian Vespa community is celebrating this year:
