Important information on DHL shipping times

Dear all,
We would like to briefly inform you about a current situation: As usual, we will process your orders on the day they are received and hand them over directly to DHL. However, due to construction work at the DHL parcel center in Cologne(30.06.-22.08.2025), there may be delays in the delivery of DHL parcels.

Don't worry, this is only a temporary problem! DHL is working to minimize the impact as much as possible and we are doing everything we can to offer you the best service as usual.

Tip: If you need your order particularly quickly, you can also select DPD, UPS or FedEx as your shipping option in the checkout.
