Nagy GS150 with Pinasco 206 visiting Scooter Center

Nagy Blechroller has done it again…!

A Vespa GS150, which still lives up to its name (Grand Sport) today?
No problem for Andreas Nagy of Nagy Blechroller.

Vespa G150 Nagy Blechroller

He built a fantastic engine based on an original GS150 engine case and visited us with it.
Always exploring new boundaries in search of new concepts, he has earned a very good reputation as a professional engine builder.
Nothing is left to chance, and it's completely natural for Andreas to arrive on the GS150 by his own means.
Motto: Engines are made to be ridden, not to be tested on a dyno. We have nothing to add to that, except to put it straight on our own dyno… ?

In the original engine cases of the GS150 engine, there are:

  • Kingwelle crankshaft with 62mm stroke / 130mm connecting rod
  • POSCH Box exhaust

and:

Pinasco 206 Cylinder for Vespa PX125
VHSH30 carburetor
Primary gear 62Z
Clutch gear 25Z
Pinasco

The result is more than impressive.

With cylinder timing of 183°/124°, the engine delivers over 27PS/27Nm on the SC dyno, measured in fourth gear.
Measured over all 4 gears, it produces an impressive 28.7PS at the wheel with a wide usable RPM range.
At 145km/h, there are still 24PS at the wheel, which should bring a smile to many a GS rider.
Thanks to the specially crafted, massive Kingwelle crankshaft, the engine runs very smoothly and confidently.
We closed the throttle at 9000 RPM, and the engine could easily keep revving without feeling stressed.
The GS150 feels very solid and sporty on the road test.
Thanks to the Crimaz disc brake along with bgm Pro shock absorbers, the suspension is perfectly in tune with the engine performance.
An all-around successful scooter with a spectacular engine.
