Effective July 1, a new leadership team will take over responsibility for the Scooter Center: With Julia Willikonsky, Ferdinand Baratella, and Andre Lapp, we are setting the course for the future—with a strong combination of experience, expertise, and genuine passion for the scooter scene.
Julia Willikonsky will assume the role of CEO, succeeding our long-time CEO Ulf Schröder. With her many years of marketing and e-commerce experience, she will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of Scooter Center .
As managing director, she bears overall responsibility for the company’s performance. Her focus is on further expanding our e-commerce business, strengthening the Scooter Center brand, and driving international expansion.
Ferdinand Baratella is taking over as manager of our location. He has been well-connected in the Vespa scene for many years and is a valued point of contact.
With his expertise and enthusiasm for classic scooters, he will be responsible for operations at the location, continue to foster close ties with the community, and represent Scooter Center as a brand ambassador at trade shows, local events, and international gatherings.
Andre Lapp is taking on the role of Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for all commercial and financial aspects of the company.
With his keen eye for numbers, processes, and sustainable growth, he is laying the groundwork to ensure that Scooter Center is also well-positioned for the future from a financial standpoint.
With this leadership trio, we are committed to continuity, new momentum, and a clear direction for the coming years. Together, Julia, Ferdinand, and Andre aim to further drive the successful development of Scooter Center and strengthen our brand in the long term.
