The Polini cylinder in classic cast iron technology is very solid and robust. Its design is more torque-oriented, so that you have plenty of power from the bottom, which takes the fear out of hills and two-up riding. The package is rounded off with new clutch linings and a reinforced clutch spring. Depending on the state of wear, the original clutch is often no longer able to withstand the higher torque of the 75cc cylinder and should be adapted to the power output with the parts included in the kit. With a clean installation and good adjustment, the scooter easily runs over 60 km/h after the conversion, with significantly more pulling power. Visually and acoustically, the entire conversion is extremely discreet and barely noticeable. Registration in the vehicle documents must be discussed individually with the local TÜV. The basic engine should of course be in a healthy condition and not have too high a mileage. Otherwise, it is advisable to overhaul the trunk engine before tuning. Further tuning stages are possible with sports exhaust systems, an increase in the rotary valve inlet area in the engine housing and a larger carburetor. A new tuning of the engine is then of course obligatory.
