Polini 75cc tuning kit - a solid start for Vespa Smallframe

With this tuning kit, we offer you a package with a basic concept that you can't go wrong with if installed and adjusted correctly. Ideal for people who are getting into tuning. Once you have tasted blood, you have a great basis for further expansion steps. With this well-tuned kit, you can breathe more life and aplomb into your original, rather sluggish Vespa engine, allowing you to participate more actively in traffic.

More torque, better clutch - discreet and suitable for everyday use

The Polini cylinder in classic cast iron technology is very solid and robust. Its design is more torque-oriented, so that you have plenty of power from the bottom, which takes the fear out of hills and two-up riding. The package is rounded off with new clutch linings and a reinforced clutch spring. Depending on the state of wear, the original clutch is often no longer able to withstand the higher torque of the 75cc cylinder and should be adapted to the power output with the parts included in the kit. With a clean installation and good adjustment, the scooter easily runs over 60 km/h after the conversion, with significantly more pulling power. Visually and acoustically, the entire conversion is extremely discreet and barely noticeable. Registration in the vehicle documents must be discussed individually with the local TÜV. The basic engine should of course be in a healthy condition and not have too high a mileage. Otherwise, it is advisable to overhaul the trunk engine before tuning. Parts, shaft seals, bearings, engine gaskets etc. can be found in our online store.

Further tuning stages are possible with sports exhaust systems, an increase in the rotary valve inlet area in the engine housing and a larger carburetor. A new tuning of the engine is then of course obligatory.
