Tuning for Vespa Primavera and Vespa Sprint with Piaggio iGet Engines
We now offer the new tuning cylinder from Malossi for the Vespa 50cc Primavera/Sprint models from 2018 onwards (iGet, Euro4). Together with the required CDI, the optional variator, and the air filter insert, you get a great tuning set for the new Vespa:

Over 60% More Displacement
Solid Malossi cylinder made of aluminum with an extremely wear-resistant ceramic coating. With 79cc, the displacement is increased by over 60%, which results in a
noticeably higher torque. The original cylinder head is retained, as well as the valve springs. The special Injtronic CDI from Malossi (
M5518409 ) that is tuned to the cylinder is absolutely necessary.

MATERIAL
First-class aluminum alloy with a high silicon content. Liner with silicon carbide coating with a galvanic nickel matrix, cross-polished with two diamond passes and very low tolerances. Machined on NC precision machines. Piston-cylinder fitting in 0.05 mm increments. Newly calculated and increased heat exchange surfaces.

Malossi Injtronic Engine Control Unit
The Injtronic engine control unit is essential for the Malossi cylinder and is the natural evolution of the original Piaggio system. It allows you to improve the vehicle's performance. The CDI contains a state-of-the-art 32-bit microprocessor. The control unit is plug & play compatible, meaning it works with the original sensors and actuators. Only a simple calibration of the throttle position (see video) is required to synchronize the electronic engine control. The calibrations and the refined map allow a concrete performance increase for the engine.

The rollers and sliding surface area of the belt are specifically calculated for each model.
