The VMC SUPER G 2.0 is a cast iron cylinder kit for Vespa Largeframe engines with 2 transfer ports. This version differs specifically from the 3-channel version: pistons and a specific adapter plateare matched to the 2-channel base so that the kit also works properly on original, little-machined engine cases.

Concept: Plug and play with reserves

The shape of the transfer ports on the cylinder base is deliberately conservative. This means that the SUPER G 2.0 can be fitted to many 2-channel housings without the need for milling work on the housing. If you want more throughput and power at a later date, the windows on the base can be specifically widened and adapted to the engine housing cross-section.

Material and exhaust design

Cylinder: 6-overflow design in high-quality spheroidal cast iron.

Exhaust: innovative design to optimize the torque curve for powerful acceleration from low engine speeds and a clean band up to high engine speeds.

Important note: In order to maintain the design, we expressly advise against changing the shape of the exhaust.

Cylinder head and combustion

Head: Aluminum head with special ribbed shape for better heat dissipation, recessed squish band geometryand 8 mounting points.

Spark plug: Lateral plug position with central electrode position in the combustion chamber for stable combustion.

Setup tip

For a harmonious result, VMC recommends a clean rotary valve intake with suitably adapted intake control angles - depending on the concept via a sports crankshaft and or by machining (milling) the intake on the engine housing.

A modern box-type exhaust system is particularly suitable

The SUPER G 2.0 delivers a very driveable torque even on moderate setups. If you want more later on, you can selectively extend the basic transfer ports at the base of the cylinder.
