75cc D.R. Cylinder for Vespa 50 – powerful & proven
The 75cc D.R. is one of the most commonly installed cylinders in the 50cc segment. A very wide usable rev range and strong low-end torque make this cylinder the first choice for frequent two-up riding. Its exceptional durability and versatility make it a reliable companion.
Performance specs, carburetor tips & setup advice
Speeds of 65–75 km/h are easily achievable. On the 40 km/h version of the 50N, be sure to use an open exhaust and replace the SHB 16/10 carburetor with the 50 km/h version (SHB 16/16).
Compression is around 10.7:1, and it is not absolutely necessary to install a larger carb or a longer gear ratio.
TIP: When using an SHB 16/16 carb and an unrestricted original exhaust, the main jet should be increased to 70–74.
Habe den *** jetzt schon zum 2.Mal auf meiner ***, Bj.76. Da die Leistung nach ca.5500km etwas nachließ, gab es jetzt einen neuen Satz. Hab die Kanäle wieder überarbeitet, damit der Übergang stimmt. Super Qualität für den Preis.

Solider Zylinder. Mit Original Setup und 16/16 bzw. 16/15 Vergaser empfiehlt sich eine 72-74 HD.

Wurde in meine V50 Special eingebaut. Mit Polini Banane, Dellorto 16/16 Vergaser und Bosch Zündkerze W5AC, rennt sie nun gut über 70 km/h, bei sonst unveränderten Komponenten.
