Handmade, weight-optimized resonance system for Largeframe 125/150 engines with 177-190 cc. Designed for powerful pull from the cellar, clean connection of the gears and free revving - stable in everyday use, resilient on the track.

Note: Exhaust control angle & system selection

The resonance system worksoptimally with exhaust control angles from approx. 180° (typically 180-188°). This provides the best conditions for powerful charging in the upper rev range.
The exhaust can be run at <180°, but does not fully exploit its potential (slightly less peak power/overrev).
Box systems such as the BGM1010TR2 are often the better choice at clearly below 180° - more pressure from the rev range, very early response.
Tip: Reliably measure the timing angle (key words: piston stopper/wheel disk) and adjust the peripherals (carburetor, ignition) to the target range.

Fitting instructions

Manifold on cylinder with springs, rubber-mounted system - stress-free
Insert O-rings on both sides of the manifold, grease lightly and align without play
Screwed rear silencer: simply open for repacking
No E-marking - observe national regulations
