An early start: The Automatik crew at the Open Day
The passion for scooters knows no time - our loyal automatic group proved this impressively! They rolled into the yard early in the morning at #SCOpenDay, ready for the performance test on the test bench and cool pictures in the photo box setup.
In this article, we present some of these stories and, of course, show you all the photos of the automatic group.
Have fun browsing and recognizing!

Piaggio Zip SP1
is a Piaggio Zip SP 50, but with the engine of a Piaggio Hexagon 125 or 180.
I'm Maik, owner of the
2-stroke forge in Dinslaken and specialized in Piaggio automatic 2-stroke maxi engines. This is my Piaggio ZIP SP1 from 1996 with a Piaggio Hexagon 125 engine case and machined original 180cc cylinder. Paired with a
BGM long stroke crankshaft results in a displacement of 186 cc. A 28 mm PWK carburetor and a Ramair air filter help the engine to breathe.
A PM X-59 exhaust provides the power delivery and the powerful muffled sound. The power output is
29.9 hp at 8800 rpm. I can't say much about the top speed, except that I drove 143 km/h on the start/finish straight on the Nürburgring GP circuit according to the GPS. Suspension is all from
Stage6 installed. As well as several GRP and real carbon parts. The complete conversion has been TÜV approved and registered by us.
Kind regards
Maik Reichert

Italjet
I've had it for about a year and a half now and bought it more by chance at the time because it had everything registered. In that year, however, almost everything has changed, i.e. paintwork, seat, mirrors, exhaust, tuning, and, and, and ... You can always find something to change. A PM Tuning Pro Street Signature cylinder no. 93, the chrome-plated PM X-Tech, a PM long-stroke crankshaft, a 28 mm Polini PWK, the rest of the drive - Vario, torque converter, clutch, gearbox and CDI - are from Malossi and the reed valve block is a
Stage 6 VForce is installed as the reed valve block. On a good day, it produces
34 hp at the rear wheel. The cylinder was retrofitted by 2STO.

Piaggio skr 125
This is a Piaggio skr 125 from 1996. It has a 172cc cylinder from Malossi, with an
sm06 exhaust with stainless steel manifold, the carburetor is a Dellorto Phbh28, with machined airbox. The drive is original except for a Malossi Multivar and a Malossi V-belt. On the test bench I achieved an output of 19.5 hp. Next time I'm sure it will be over
20 hp. Jan

Gilera Runner 200VXR

I bought the bike used in 2018 from a private owner with only 3500 kilometers. It was parked near Hanover and the first ride was 300 km on the highway.
It is a 200VXR from 2007, with a J-Costa variator and an Akrapovic exhaust.
