Match jetting to touring box or stock pot; select spark plug according to spark plug pattern.
With SI24 and touring-oriented box, very early torque, quiet and suitable for long distances.
Use spacer kit for 60 mm stroke (187 cm³); realistic squeeze edge 0.8-1.2 mm.
Gear ratio: 23/68 or similarly proven; do not choose too short, use a band.
PX80: Extend cylinder base mount in engine housing (Ø66mm), use crankshaft from 125/150cc models.

The cylinder rewards a revision of the intake and the overcurrent channels in the engine housing with a significant increase in performance. Connoisseurs also extend the overflow area in the area of the cylinder base. Here, the BGM77 cylinder only has a thin sprue for the sealing surface which can simply be milled away. In this way, the area of gas entry into the cylinder at the base can be almost doubled and an optimum supply of the complete overflow system is ensured. Milling the outlet, on the other hand, is not necessary and is not recommended. The cylinder can provide over 22 hp of rear wheel power with the existing ducting system.
