Touring Exhaust bgm Bigbox Touring V2 (BBT2)

Revised version of BGM's popular touring exhaust system. The system, known in short as BBT, now features a new manifold and flatter silencer bodies.

More power, more ground clearance, full torque feel

Performance and ground clearance have been significantly improved over the previous version. The proven features of the earlier Bigbox Touring have been retained. The signature torque-rich character on takeoff remains, as does the early and strong power peak. However, the overall power band and maximum output have been noticeably increased. The new Touring revs higher than the previous BBT.

Optimised internal design for powerful setups

Free breathing
The internal structure has also been redesigned. The connection between resonance and silencer chamber has been enlarged, allowing even high-performance engines to run full throttle continuously without power fade.

Thermal relief
The tailpipe has also been enlarged from Ø18 mm to Ø20 mm. To reduce noise, the BBT2 comes with a removable Ø18 mm insert. This cross-section is sufficient for almost all engines up to 190 cc and approx. 22–25 hp (depending on tuning and achievable revs). High-revving setups can remove the Ø18 mm insert (held by one weld) to unleash the full Ø20 mm diameter.

Tuning & setup tips for BBT2 riders

Please note: Choose a main jet approx. 4–6 sizes larger than with the stock exhaust.

Tip: Highly tuned engines with long port timings are perfectly rideable again with this exhaust!

Top Auspuff
Heute bekommen und montiert, ab 3000 drückt das Teil nach vorne bis 7500. AS 190 ÜS 134 auf einem Quattrini M1X. Versprechen gehalten.

Perfekte Passform, gute Performance
Der Auspuff lies sich auf meine PX 125 BJ 93 ohne jede Anpassung problemlos montieren. Die optimale Bedüsung habe ich noch nicht gefunden, läuft aber schon sehr gut. Prima 2-Takt Klang, allerdings erheblich lauter als der Originalauspuff.
