The internal structure has also been redesigned. The connection between resonance and silencer chamber has been enlarged, allowing even high-performance engines to run full throttle continuously without power fade.
Thermal relief
The tailpipe has also been enlarged from Ø18 mm to Ø20 mm. To reduce noise, the BBT2 comes with a removable Ø18 mm insert. This cross-section is sufficient for almost all engines up to 190 cc and approx. 22–25 hp (depending on tuning and achievable revs). High-revving setups can remove the Ø18 mm insert (held by one weld) to unleash the full Ø20 mm diameter.
