Just like the 75 HP cylinder, PINASCO's 102 cc cylinder is cast from aluminum and coated with an ultra-hard Nicasil layer. The aluminum makes this cylinder very thermally insensitive, despite the increase in displacement of over 100 %. This is due to up to 70 percent better heat dissipation than a cast cylinder. The Nicasil coating results in a raceway that is very resistant to wear. The Pinasco is a very nice tourer to ride, with impressive torque even at low revs. A wide rev range together with a 3.00 primary gear ratio and a 19 carburetor result in a top speed of 90 km/h at a power output of 5.1kW, as stated by Pinasco. Pinasco recommends an ignition setting of 18 degrees from TDC and a jetting (with original exhaust) of 74.
The scope of delivery of this cylinder includes 4 stud bolts M7 x 47 mm and 4 M7 nuts with 11 mm wrench width.
