FABBRI RACING crankshaft for Vespa Smallframe PV, ET3, PK and V50/PK50 for conversion to 125cc
Very high quality racing crankshaft from Fabbri Racing. Suitable for all Vespa smallframe engines from approx. 1968 onwards. The crankshaft is an extremely solid basis for high-performance smallframe tuning on a rotary valve basis (mixture inlet is still controlled via the crankshaft). The shaft has a stroke (51 mm) suitable for all cylinders from 125cc upwards. It also fits into the housings of 50/80cc vehicles and thus enables the installation of cylinders from 125cc upwards. The cone of the alternator stump corresponds to the latest modern design and enables/requires the use of a pole wheel/alternator of the PK XL models (or a corresponding conversion ignition based on the Ø20 or Ø24mm cone).
The Fabbri Racing crankshaft is identical to a standard 125cc crankshaft in terms of stroke/pulley length. However, the intake angle has been significantly extended and therefore offers a large time cross-section at the intake. This means that, despite the small intake window in the engine housing, carburetors with a larger cross-section of 25 mm can also be used. However, widening the intake window is mandatory for those hungry for power.
Thanks to the excellent material quality of the crankshaft, the possible high performance and engine speeds can also be called up permanently. In conjunction with the high-quality CNC connecting rod from Primatist, continuous performance well above 25 hp is also possible without any problems.
Another special feature is the 6204 ball bearing used on both sides.
Stroke: 51 mm (like 125cc series)
