PARMAKIT 144 cc W-Force cylinder for PV, ET3 and PK with 105 mm connecting rod
The Parmakit W-Force cylinder series is already designed ex works for over 25 hp. Thanks to the diaphragm inlet directly on the cylinder, the necessary modifications to the engine housing are minimal. To fit the cylinders, only the base mount in the housing needs to be enlarged.
The W-Force series has a very cleanly finished aluminum cylinder with Nikasil coating. The W-shaped inlet diaphragm is directly connected to the overcurrent pockets in the cylinder (Boyesen ports). The coated VERTEX forged piston has a 1 mm thin steel ring. The modular head is CNC-milled from solid material for optimum heat dissipation and is very heavy. It is bolted to the cylinder at four additional points, meaning it is secured 8 times in total. The cylinder has four generously dimensioned main transfer ports and a support channel. The exhaust is split in two.
Depending on the exhaust, full power is usually still available below 10000 rpm, with torque often reaching values in excess of 20 Nm. The crankshaft and clutch used should be of very high quality.
The W-Force cylinder is available from us in these versions:
-
60 mm bore, 97 mm connecting rod
- 60 mm bore, 105 mm connecting rod
The versions for 105 mm connecting rods are longer at the base, so they already have the otherwise necessary cylinder spacer 'built in'. One of the advantages of the longer connecting rod is that the housing does not have to be spindled out as deeply on the 60 mm versions and therefore remains more stable. Furthermore, the pre-compression is reduced and the necessary modifications to the motor housing for adapting the overcurrent channels are greatly reduced. Shafts with a 54 mm stroke can also be installed, but the required thickness of the compensating seal(s) / spacer must be determined individually.
Due to the large distance between the exhaust studs and the extended cross-section, only exhaust systems manufactured accordingly will fit!
