No more playing the lottery with old housings: if cracks, worn bearing seats or damaged rotary valve surfaces put the brakes on a new build, a brand new engine housing is the clean solution. This version goes one step further: the alternator half is already spindled to fit crankshafts with a larger cheek circumference.
OEM look, modern reserves: The housing is made from new casting molds and comes with a clean, homogeneous surface. Critical areas are structurally reinforced without compromising the look.
Long stroke without milling stress: With many long-stroke crankshafts (e.g. Quattrini M244 stroke 60 mm), the alternator side is the bottleneck because the cheeks have a larger diameter. This housing is already machined there, making long-stroke setups up to 62 mm stroke much simpler and easier to plan. This saves time and reduces the risk of machining errors, especially for engines that need to reliably cover touring and everyday use.
Rotary valve base: The rotary valve sealing surface is large and cleanly machined, providing the basis for both close-to-production engines and powerful street setups.

The housing is prepared, but can be installed cleanly and inconspicuously:
Note: When converting, always check the existing equipment status (ignition, covers, add-on parts). Depending on the model and year of manufacture, peripherals may need to be adapted.
