No more compromises with old housings: If cracks, worn out bearing seats or damaged rotary valve surfaces spoil the fun of riding, this new OEM engine housing is the salvation for every Vespa lover. It's not just a spare part - it's the basis for the perfect engine.
Attention to detail: this housing breathes the spirit of the original, but has been improved where it counts. Thanks to brand-new casting molds, the surface is of a quality that is otherwise only known from new-old-stock parts from the best years: smooth, homogeneous and absolutely clean. No blowholes, no heat cracks - simply pure, high-quality cast aluminum.
Know-how from 5 years of development: We didn't want to rely on mere promises. That's why we built one of the first prototypes 5 years ago and tested it over thousands of kilometers in tough everyday use and on tours. We passed on this concentrated practical knowledge directly to the supplier. The result is a housing that visually retains the charm of the classic Vespa, but is technically at the cutting edge.
Flesh for tuners & durability for tourers:Despite the original look, some design changes have been made, but with care. Critical areas have more material reserves, which not only increases stability, but also provides tuners with enough "meat" to mill the overflow without having to worry about punctures. Special attention was paid to the weak point of many old housings: the secondary shaft mount was reinforced to effectively prevent cracks at this critical point.
The look remains 100% true to the original. No modern breaks in style - the scooter retains its character. Whether as an original 10 hp cruiser or as a powerful sports unit: the generously dimensioned rotary slide surface and the precise workmanship make everything possible.

The housing is "ready for everything", but can be set up wonderfully clean:
Note: When converting, always check the existing equipment status (ignition, covers, add-on parts). Depending on the model and year of manufacture, peripherals may need to be adapted.
For everyday use and touring, we recommend the tried-and-tested Lusso configuration. In combination with a suitable primary, the setup can be adapted very well to performance and use:
