Replaces the original clutch basket of the conventional 7-spring clutches to give them more security. The CNC basket is turned from solid and milled and hardened after manufacturing by means of gas nitriding surfaces.

Constructively, the basket is provided with a conical shape. This strengthens the part in the neuralgic area of the edge. This version of the 7-spring clutch is suitable for the pad type CR (originally from Honda CR80/VFR450). This has wider and higher lugs and a reduced pad area. This is, however, seen on the radius, oriented further out. The clutch thus separates faster, the lining material is (despite less surface) higher load capacity, and the plates are very durable.

Except for the clutch facing, this basket can be completed with the corresponding series components of the old 7-spring clutch types.

Cost-effective but still resilient solution as an alternative to the Cosa2 clutch type.

NOTE: Three CR80 plates and two spacers (metal, 1.5mm thickness as original for all three-plate clutches) are used.
