There are now (from z.The 200cc models (except Cosa) use the combination 23/65, which is a very long gear reduction and can be shortened by one tooth for sporty engines. There is a special BGM pinion with 22 teeth, suitable for the primary gear with 65 Z. The clutch pinion with 22 teeth for the 67/68Z primary gear should not be combined with a 65 tooth primary gear.
The 23/65 primary can be extended for very high torque engines with a 24 tooth BGM special pinion. Ideal for Polini 221 and others.
