Description
BGM PRO spring holder set made from high-quality sintered bronze
The spring support is designed for Vespa scooters built between 1953 and 1977. It is suitable for a wide range of Vespa models, including largeframe models such as the Vespa Rally, Sprint, VNA and VBB as well as wideframe models such as the GS150, VN, VM and VB. The set is also an option for retrofitting or converting wideframe models from before 1953.
The use of sintered bronze ensures high wear resistance and durability. The main features of the product include:
An original overall height, which simplifies the installation of the spring.
A solid spring plate that is also suitable for reinforced springs.
An M9 thread that offers greater stability compared to the previous M8 threads.
A precisely reamed bore for accurate guidance of the axle.
A grease nipple with standardized head that is compatible with any commercially available grease gun.
The scope of delivery includes:
1x BGM PRO spring support made of sintered bronze
1x galvanized spring plate
1x M9 nut + circlip
2x O-ring
2x shim washers
As in the factory, we recommend regular lubrication via the grease nipple at yearly intervals or depending on the mileage. This ensures a very long service life of the spring mount.
We recommend our high-quality swing bearing axles and brake pad bolts "made in germany" (see accessories) as the ideal complement.
