Gasoline hose set consisting of:
1x 75cm fuel hose BGM PRO (TPR-PUR non-hardening)
1x OMG fuel filter (Ø8mm connection)
4x fuel hose clamps Mini -Flex (9-16mm)
HOSE
The BGM PRO fuel hose is a very high quality TPR polyurethane (TPR-PUR) fuel hose with perfect all-round properties. Its great advantage is that it does not harden due to the material. Likewise, with Ø14mm outer diameter, it has perfectly fitting dimensions for the Vespa Largeframe models. It thus perfectly fills the corresponding sealing rubbers on the frame and carburetor bowl.
FILTER
The OMG filters have a fine plastic filter net which is integrated in a robust plastic body with metal connections. Any impurities can be seen immediately with the naked eye. Good quality at a reasonable price.
SHELLS
Including matching, high-quality mini band hose clamps.
ASSEMBLY NOTE VESPA LARGEFRAME
The fuel hose should always be kept as short as possible. From the factory, the hose is so short that the fuel tank cannot be removed from the frame while the hose is still attached to the carburetor.
ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE
First place the tank with mounted fuel hose into the frame.
Then pull the fuel hose out of the frame so far that the tank can still be lifted approx. 1-2cm.
Now cut the fuel hose to length so that it can be mounted on the carburetor without tension.
