Gli ammortizzatori della serie E sono riempiti di olio e azoto. Il design perfetto assicura un comportamento sensibile alla risposta e una buona stabilità anche in presenza di carichi pesanti. Vengono utilizzati i migliori componenti, come le speciali guarnizioni di blocco Sinter-Seal e le aste dei pistoni in cromo duro. Il precarico della molla è regolabile in continuo. L'ammortizzatore in alluminio ha una finitura anodizzata di alta qualità.
With the YSS my Piaggio Fly feels way more stable and handling has improved greatly. You no longer feel like a feather in the wind when you go over a series of bumps, as the rear shock really helps to stabilise the scooter. Cornering also feels more secure than before, as the rear wheel doesn't have that slight tremble it used to have when you lean in corners. The greatest feature however is that the YSS shock rarely reaches the end of its travel, even on very bad bumps, your spinal cord will welcome this! However, I would have like the spring to be a bit softer as Greek roads are pretty bad, or even better I would have liked to be able to adjust for spring dampness for €96, and not just for preload. Or perhaps I'm asking for much! Overall this will greatly improve handling, and you have the money and you use the scooter a lot, it's definetly an investment worth making.
